Just as hospitals and health care professionals are implementing and measuring use of their electronic health records (EHR), the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published draft rules outlining the next more comprehensive set of measures for EHR Systems.
